The apartment is located on the European forth floor (four flights of steps; large staircase; no elevator; we can help you on arrival to bring up your bags). The apartment faces a stone paved courtyard with many plants and also a smaller side street (total 11 windows); thus no traffic noise, and being 4th floor means the flat receives direct sun light.

The apartment, at total surface size of 110 meters, is the most spacious of all the 2 bedrooms listed, and this is quite rare to find in central Paris where apartments tend to be small.

Upon entering the apartment there is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen area with a side pantry area off the kitchen with washing machine and room for hanging clothes. The kitchen has everything needed, including a full oven and dish washer.

From the kitchen, a couple steps leads directly into the main living space, which is very large, with a dining table and chairs for 6 persons, two sofas (including a sofa bed for 1 person),coffee table, flat screen TV (with cable), DVD player, stereo and book shelves. There are wooden floors with area rugs and 3 windows that look out onto the courtyard area.

Just past the living area is a short hallway with the toilet room and the separate spacious bathroom on one side and the smaller bedroom directly across the hall. The bathroom includes a bath tub. The smaller bedroom has a double bed and looks out to the courtyard. At the end of this hall is the large main bedroom with a queen sized bed, cathedral ceilings and lots of space for storage and a desk with internet access available.
